Mindful Meetings

Crowne Plaza Reading East, re-branding to a Crowne Plaza in 2021, is pleased to announce the launch of our NEW “Mindful Meetings” initiative; IHG’s leading Groups & Meetings recovery plan allowing us to continue to deliver safe and successful meetings to you and your delegates.

Over the last few month, our hotel team have been working implemented revised policies and procedures in regard to our Covid 19 response. These important measures cover all areas of operation, across our hotel property and include the following:

  • Social Distancing Protocol / Measures
  • Hand sanitising stations throughout the hotel
  • All team members wearing masks in line with Government guidelines
  • All guests to wear masks in public areas throughout the hotel
  • The “IHG Way of Clean” revised procedures for Guestroom and Public area cleaning
  • A revised approach to Food & Beverage Service
  • Contactless check in and automated invoicing
  • Retraining of all employees in relation to the new methods of operation
