Guests with Spa Vouchers are recommended to ensure that the expiry date on their voucher is checked to ensure that the treatment  is enjoyed prior to expiry of the voucher as extensions are not possible. All vouchers must be presented on Arrival before access is granted. 

We kindly recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to commencement of your treatment to complete a medical questionnaire and prepare for your Spa treatment. 

For two or more guests attending the Esprit Spa as a group, kindly note that treatments will be provided for 2 guests in the same treatment room by our therapists. If you prefer to have a private treatment please ensure that you advise a member of our team by return.
