I just wanted to give you some feedback for Christmas party on Saturday evening.  After my Saturday evening party at the Crowne Plaza I thought I would write to let you know that I was extremely impressed with everything at the Crowne Plaza. It was such a perfect evening and we all had the best time. All the staff were amazing, smiling, kind and helpful. The food was really delicious, even for me with all my food intolerances. The service was amazing and the music and dance floor space was great. I really couldn't fault the evening, so wanted to say THANK YOU so much for organising such a great evening.

Went on Christmas day for 5 course lunch. Fabulous food, service excellent, greeted with glass of champagne on arrival, and atmosphere was fab. Piano player a great addition. Will be booking again for next year.

Just a quick note to thank you for organizing the New Year booking for us. The meal was stunning and we had a really good time. Please can you let me have your Valentine menu when it is available. we had excellent service particularly from Jaideep who did his best to make us feel comfortable.

My wife and I recently had our 2015 Christmas Day meal at this restaurant and it was excellent! The food was of a very high standard and the table looked fantastic - we had place name cards and it was dressed with streamers, ribbons, crackers and party poppers. I was worried that as it was a very posh restaurant (it had a suit dress policy) the portions would be tiny? I have a healthy appetite and at Christmas more is better and the portion sizes were huge. The waiters were very helpful and professional - especially as the restaurant was so busy - they all managed to keep in the spirit of Christmas and looked the part (silly Xmas hats etc). The highlights of the meal were the incredibly good pianist who was playing live Christmas music, the fantastic food and great atmosphere that really got us into the Christmas spirit. We retired to the bar area where the Piano player was and enjoyed a lovely hour with a few drinks and live piano music - Fabulous ! We even spotted Santa Claus on our way out..... A really great Christmas Day meal and we will be booking again for Christmas 2016.

We wanted to pass on to yourself and the other members of staff our thanks for the amazing weekend we had while staying with you for New Years Eve 2015. The function room looked amazing on arrival and as always with every attention to detail. The different set up to the room seemed to work very well too. The Gala Dinner was delicious and the waiting staff were attentive and friendly. Our table was in an excellent position. We also all congratulated the Disco Man which we believe was different to previous years. He pitched the music exactly right to the age and mood of the Guests present, making the evening very enjoyable. So much so that the majority of the Guests wanted to have a dance - everyone seemed to have a wonderful evening. A good nights sleep and a leisurely brunch before check out added to a great start to 2016. My thanks also to the housekeeping staff who bagged up my PJ'S ready for collection when I left them in the room by mistake. We wish you all a good 2016 and look forward to booking for New Years Eve 2016 in due course.

Please accept our apologies for the lateness of this E Mail which I intended to send to you earlier but life got in the way. We wanted to pass on to yourself and the other members of staff our thanks for the amazing weekend we had while staying with you for New Years Eve 2015. The function room looked amazing on arrival and as always with every attention to detail. The different set up to the room seemed to work very well too. Our table was in an excellent position which we give our thanks to Liz for arranging, near enough to feel part of the evening but sheltered enough to protect my neck injury from any knocks on a busy evening. This prevented me getting a terrible headache which unfortunately often happens. We also all congratulated the Disco Man which we believe was different to previous years. He pitched the music exactly right to the age and mood of the Guests present, making the evening very enjoyable. So much so that the majority of the Guests wanted to have a dance at some point and our only comment was that the dance floor area was not really big enough. That apart everyone seemed to have a wonderful evening. A good nights sleep and a leisurely brunch before check out added to a great start to 2016.
